Elsie helps clients navigate a wide variety of family law issues, whether through the court system or alternative dispute resolution options. Elsie is approachable, compassionate, and works tirelessly to ensure that her client’s achieve the most effective outcome. She makes sure that her clients’ voices are heard and that their interests are protected at every stage of the legal process.

Elsie graduated from the University of Victoria with distinction, double majoring in History and Political Science. She then obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick, where she graduated with two awards for academic standing. As a law student, she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, the New Brunswick Access to Justice Coalition, the Fredericton Legal Advice Clinic, and the Women’s Legal Education and Action Fund. She then completed her articles at a full-service regional firm in Kingston, Ontario.
Elsie was born and raised in downtown Ottawa. Outside of the office, she can be found spending time with friends, family, and her dog (a rescue from Iqaluit).
